How to Use Youtube as Before

I have used youtube before. Is youtube no longer available?

I have PC using windows 7. Have youtub for years now not so much.

I can get to utube on my PC just can't cast to my pc. Chromecast3756

is showing pictures on my tv next to my desk. What is needed??
